NPHA Classic
Purpose
To create a hunt and show that rewards hunters for their efforts and attendance to NPHA sectionals.
NPHA Bear Bay Champion
Purpose
To create an event that rewards hunters for their efforts and attendance to NPHA sectionals.
Nite Hunt
Hunt Information
Hunt to be held on Wednesday of the stated year of Plott Days
Hunt will be held using "Total Elimination" rules of UKC and will be UKC
licensed event
Participants of the NPHA Classic: Overall King and Queen of NPHA sectionals (Hunt), running from the weekend after Plott Days to the weekend before Plott Days.
Cost 35.00, and payback to hunters using UKC mini slam format
Hunting judges will be used during first round and two non-hunting judges will be used on final cast.
If more than 16 dogs in early round, the 4 top cast winners will advance to final 4. (Total Elimination Format)

Bear Bay Champion
How to Qualify
NPHA will choose 5 sectionals or as close to 5 sectionals to host qualifying bear bay events.
1st, 2nd, 3rd places of 1 dog bay, 2 dog bay, 3 dog bay of qualifying events will be invited to a Championship bay on Saturday of Plott Days
This will be open to all breeds
NPHA will choose judges and format of judging
NPHA will provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd places for each championship bay
Championship Bay winners will be showcased in the NPHA yearbook
Hound only event
NPHA can determine the cost of events
Bear Events
These events will be held in conjunction with normal bear events held at Plott DAYS


Bench Show
Show Information
Show to be held on the Wednesday of the stated year of Plott Days
Show format: Kings and Queen of NPHA Sectionals (Show) - will show in a male division and female division and one winner will be chosen from each.
Male and Female winner, will show head to head and winner to be chosen and crowned NPHA Classic Show winner
35.00 entry, and 80% of entry to be split between King & Queen
If at all possible use a panel of three judges. NPHA discretion of choice.
NPHA Classic Hunt & Show winner will be showcased in a add in the NPHA. yearbook
